Meet the Team

Tim Hall
President

My wife Jennifer and I have 3 beautiful children - Tanner, Caden, and Addison. Our family loves hosting Meet & Greets, fostering our fast friends, and helping Greyhounds find their humans. We adopted our first greyhound, LT. Lasko (12yo), in 2014. We have always had a fascination with the breed. I have had dogs my whole life of different breeds, but once we let the first Greyhound race into our lives, we haven't turned back. Since our first greyhound adoption, we have adopted WW’s Salsa ((10yo) a Brood), and went on to adopt 2 from Salsa’s last litter RHT Guinness (2yo) and RHT Murphy (2yo). So, that makes our current pack 4 plus fosters.

I adopted my first greyhound in 2001. I have always had dogs, but, decided early on this was a dog I someday wanted in my life. Our first grey, Gracie, went to work with us in our retail store in Evansville, Indiana, every day. In addition to Gracie, Lilly, Mo, Ulrick, and Bill followed in her footsteps. Customers looked forward to seeing all the dogs and because of their exposure, my hounds were responsible for many adoptions here in the Tri-State area. I currently have Bill Russell who practices his patience daily with my rescue mutt and four kitties. I reside in Henderson, Kentucky, with my husband, Ted. We have three adult children and two grandchildren.

I have had retired racing greyhounds since 2003, with twelve adopted and over 50 fostered. I have served as GPA Tri-State Treasurer since we began in July 2003. I am a member of the National Irish Wolfhound Association and have an IW, as well.

I’m a registered veterinary technician at Warrick Veterinary Clinic. I’ve been a part of the group since 2016 when I started dating Mike and we had Josh and Aubie as our first two greyhounds. Currently we have Zed and Bug who help keep our lives interesting and full of love! We love to kayak, camp, ride motorcycles, and take the dogs on hikes!

We adopted our first greyhound in 1992. We have had as many as 5 at one time. We now have one and she is our 9th greyhound.

I adopted my first greyhound in 1994 and became active in greyhound adoption when I adopted my second greyhound in 2000. I have adopted many greyhounds since then, most of whom were seniors. I have also fostered well over 100 dogs for GPA Tri-State. I don't limit myself to greyhounds and, in fact, run a sanctuary for senior dogs called Spirit's Homestretch. A native of Owensboro, Kentucky, I have worked for the Glenmary Sisters since 1994 and am a pianist at my church.

I joined the group in 2019. Leeon is my first Greyhound and adopting him was one of the best decisions of my life.
